Recently, the Shandong Development and Reform Commission and the Shandong Energy Bureau have released the "Implementation Plan for Provincial Energy Green and Low-Carbon Transformation Pilot Projects". The plan proposes:

Accelerate the development of wind power and photovoltaic power generation. In combination with the pilot projects of large-scale distributed rooftop photovoltaic power generation in entire counties, actively promote the development and utilization of industrial and commercial and household-use photovoltaic power, and popularize the integrated application of photovoltaic power generation and architecture. Promote the integrated development of photovoltaic power generation with agriculture, aquaculture, ecological environment governance, etc., and plan a number of "photovoltaic +" comprehensive utilization demonstration areas.

Among them, taking counties as the basic units, 24 pilot units for provincial energy green and low - carbon transformation have been identified.



The document has announced the main-task list and key-project list of the energy green-low-carbon transformation pilot units. There are 107

new-energy and renewable-energy projects, with a total scale of 34.675 million kilowatts. Among them, there are 55 photovoltaic-power projects with a total scale of 26.475 million kilowatts, and 25 wind-power projects with a total scale of 7.916 million kilowatts.
